This comfortable and well-equipped semi-detached house welcomes you on the ground floor with a bright living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) and a cosy lounge with a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Separate toilet. Upstairs (access via a steep staircase), two large bedrooms await you: ✔ Versatile bedroom with 2 single beds (or one 180 double bed) ✔ Bedroom with a 160 double bed each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and private toilet, as well as a television — a real bonus for everyone’s comfort and privacy. Baby equipment available (cot, high chair and safety gate at the top of the stairs). An additional sleeping area on the attic mezzanine (access via a steep staircase) is available, perfect for teenagers, with a sofa bed (140x190) and an extra bed (90x190). A terrace with mountain views completes the upper floor, ideal for admiring the surrounding countryside.
